Courtney Eberle and Noah Helke are alumni of UW Eau Claire where they collaborated for the past 4 years in mainly classical vocal music. They now bring their talents to the Spirit Room to share a collection of a variety of styles including Golden Age Broadway, Classic Disney, and more. Join them for an evening of song.

Chris Herriges began playing various musical instruments at age nine, at the gentle urging of artistic parents. Over the years, he has put out multiple CD’s and performed throughout the Twin Cities. He continues to perform today, and will be in the Spirit Room on September 27th at 7PM!

The Cathy Reitz Trio features Cathy on vocals/Melodica and 2 of her favorite musicians, Jeff Reitz on woodwinds and Emily Watkins on guitar/vocals or Nick Poss on piano. They are both favorites of ours. We have been performing together for over 20 years. Our song list covers over 100 years of great music, the Roaring 20’s to the 2020’s.

Greg Herriges stirs a mix of original and traditional “progressive world music” on guitar, voice, and Greek bouzouki, with a unique approach honed by his studies of Asian, Mediterranean, and other worldly styles. His solo & duo sets include lively instrumentals, inventive versions of rock and jazz standards, and mesmerizing world music.

Tim Case is a folk-inspired, country-adjacent singer/songwriter from Wisconsin. Born and raised in Beloit to a public school teacher mother and factory foreman by day/Pentecostal minister by night father, his original songs - whether tender personal narrative, classic story-song, or good old fashioned barroom lament - are rooted in a perspective that is uniquely his own. As a songwriter he takes inspiration from the subtle complexities of everyday life, with artful lyrics that probe heavy topics - family, fatherhood, love, and loss - with a light, often humorous touch.

Isaiah May is a producer, singer-songwriter, and violinist from Dunn County Wisconsin currently studying music production at Berklee College of Music in Boston Massachusetts. He has co-written and produced many tracks for other artists as well as playing in many artist's bands. He released one original album entitled "East Coast Island Postcard" in 2022.

Laura Lynn, an emerging Christian music artist, made her debut in 2022 and has since captivated audiences with her authentic and soul-stirring melodies. Drawing from her personal experiences and spiritual journey, Laura Lynn's music resonates with listeners on a profound level.

Jim “Doc” Miller is a Menomonie Wisconsin based singer/acoustic guitarist who plays original "folk rock flavored" material as well as performing (and telling the stories behind ) a wide and eclectic range of covers drawn primarily from the "Woodstock" era of the 60's and 70's

Single Stem is a solo act featuring Marjorie Craemer. She’ll be heading down to The Spirit Room to play Folk, Americana and some originals!

Tyler Lustek (piano) and Alex Charland (tenor sax) will present their captivating jazz duo at the Mabel Tainter Spirit Room on Thursday, August 2nd. Lustek & Charland will take you on a sonic journey drawing upon traditional jazz repertoire from the likes of Thelonious Monk, Wayne Shorter and Chick Corea.

Sherry has been a music educator, performer, vocal arranger and songwriter for over 30 years. She has been a church music director in Wisconsin, Nashville, and Chicagoland. Her vocal stylings have been highly influenced by Alison Krauss, Bonnie Raitt, and Emmylou Harris. She is a singer with Chorale a NouvEAU in Eau Claire and performs solo gigs in the Chippewa Valley as Sherry Lynn.

Merely Players is a program of Wisconsin Shakespeare Festival. This troupe of young performers explores avenues of bringing Shakespeare-inspired art to the Chippewa Valley in order to introduce theatre to young audiences. This 45-minute public performance that the troupe has created is family-friendly and accessible to all - and will be followed by a short, informal Q&A.

Scott Keever is an award-winning fingerstyle guitarist from Minneapolis, MN who combines an American roots sound with styles as far ranging as Celtic, Balkan and jazz. He is a multifaceted performer who is as comfortable playing slide on a resophonic guitar as he is playing classical or folk guitar. His original music represents his own fascination with the world around us and the different sounds that each musical style creates.

Mythical Strings is a harp, cello, and piano trio from the Chippewa Valley. Their euphonious blend offers eclectic instrumentals from classic, modern, and cinema music genres.
