Paranormal Drownings in LaCrosse?

Since 1997, 11 young men died in LaCrosse.  The deaths are so regular and the victims so similar that twice the FBI has twice looked for a serial killer here; you may be familiar with the legend of the Smiley Face Killers.  After so many lives lost, it was the deputy medical examiner who finally requested a paranormal investigation into the deaths.  Scott Markus will tell of the copious amounts of tragedy that has occurred in the area and the possible paranormal residue that may be luring people to their deaths here to this day.  He produced a documentary on the investigation and will share clips from the documentary and investigation.
