The crew was suspected of murdering Walton and making up a wild story to cover up for the deed until Arizona State Police lie detector tests cleared them. Travis recounts the events of that day, explains where the movie departs from what really happened and details fascinating new developments in what is now recognized as the best-documented case of alien contact ever recorded.

Tobias Wayland

Tobias Wayland is a passionate fortean who has been actively investigating the unusual since 2008; the first five years of his investigative career were spent as a MUFON field investigator, and following that he investigated independently prior to becoming the head writer and editor for the Singular Fortean Society. He strives to separate himself from dogma in the pursuit of the unknown, and believes it is our experiential perspectives that allow us all to add to the base of knowledge through which we gain a deeper understanding of the paranormal. His years as an investigator have served him best by illustrating that when it comes to the anomalous, the preternatural, and the paranormal, any answers he's found are still hopelessly outnumbered by questions.
